United StatesThe napkins are an amazing price for what you get. They are very small though, partially to my lack of comprehension in reading the size, but they are still very cute. The stitching is a little messy and botched in some areas with loose thread hanging out as well as uneven, which is a little bothersome when folding them for a design with them. But, it is a good deal for your money as long as you know what you’re expecting!
