United StatesGreat customer service, not so great refund policy
Ordering and shipping was quick and easy. I was not satisfied with the bags themselves surprised at the large difference of color of the bag and two toned draw strings. The return process is not great, with being offered only a small fraction of what I paid when what I received was not as advertised. However, the representative who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable.
