United StatesShould have allowed for breakage I guess. I had 6 broken glasses out of 5 packages. some were cups, some were bases. Disappointed. Otherwise they were decent quality.
These were perfect for our pink and gold sweet 13 party. The girls had non alcoholic Welch's Sparkling Grape Juice. They loved it. Price right, quality great product shipped out fast.
