United StatesI accidentally purchased the wrong size. The next morning I contacted them and they graciously changed my order. The order came and everything was great. However, as we got closer to the event, Covid numbers started to go up and our venue changed their rules and said they would no longer allow linens on the tables. The venue wanted to be able to sterilize the tables between guests. I contacted tableclothsfactory.com and they graciously allowed me to return the table cloths. I purchased runners—which the venue would allow—and everything worked out. I really like all the colors, shapes and sizes they offer. I
