Tablecloths factory is a great company, unfortunately we weren’t able to use the balloons. The items were shipped on time but right now due to the pandemic our mail delivery was delayed by a day. I was able to order the balloons from Party City already inflated and I must say the items in the package looks the very same. I’m waiting to find someone I can give them to for use. I will be ordering other items from the company because there customer service keeps me coming back. They were kind enough to refund half of the delivery fee although they did nothing wrong. They lived up to their end of the agreement by shipping the day prior to my overnight request.
