United StatesCan't get store credit as promised.
The item was the wrong color. I agreed to receive store credit to purchase more items. With each contact, I'm told it will take 3-5 days for the store credit, but I still have not received it. I will use the store credit once I finally receive it, but I have not had a positive experience with returning my items that were returned unopened and receipt verified by the company.

I ordered 2 of these, which arrived timely and in good condition, and draped them over curtain rods in my daughter's bedroom and it really added some elegance and fancied things up a bit.
