Initially, this item was not shipped with my order and I was told that it could not be overnighted at the company's expense (I felt it wouldn't make it in time anyway, as it would arrive the day of my mother's 65th birthday celebration). I was disappointed and went out and bought clear ones, that turned out to be super thin. As I was setting up the beverage containers, UPS delivered the tumblers! I was very happy and very impressed. Thank you Table Cloth Factory for making things right. And the cups are of great quality!

Overall I got my shipment super fast and everything was great except for the broken cups. Multiple cups were broken or chipped and unusable for a wedding. The ones that didn’t break are nice though

The cups themselves are great but do not ship well. I had ordered a quantity of 4 and after opening I had 25 broken between all of the packages. They do not withstand the rough shipping conditions.
