United StatesI ordered a large quantity of the roses for display in our store windows. I received the items in less time than I anticipated. They were all correct quantity, well packaged and beautiful. When I realized that I had ordered the wrong color I panicked because my installation date was rapidly approaching. I contacted the sales department, they immediately pulled up the order and solved the problem at hand by taking the new order for the right color and guaranteeing a quick delivery. They also helped me make a return with the roses that were the wrong color. I was never bounced around from person to person, and miraculously I spoke to the same person both times. It was much more personal and satisfying to know that I was being heard and that someone understood the timing issue of the new delivery. Thank you so much for the great experience.
