United StatesI recently bought 30 of these napkins as they looked quite linen-like and deep red in the photograph. I was disappointed that the red color was very faded, the texture and look was more polyester than linen and they had a lot of creases in them. In short, they looked lousy on my table. Why use cloth napkins if they don’t look good? They probably wash nicely since they are polyester, but who cares if you don’t want them on the table. Having said that, where else can you buy cloth napkins for such an amazingly low price? I complained to the company that I wanted to return them, but the shipping would exceed the price of the napkins. The company agreed and offered me a 30% discount. All in all, this company was very generous with me and, given the price, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by the quality. I have ordered other napkins from them in the past that had vibrant color, even if they did look very polyester. The upside is you don’t have to iron them. Great company, but on the napkins, you get what you pay for. It’s still quite a deal.
