As described, great experience.
I purchased many of these bags of moss and they look to be naturally sourced. There are small twigs and leaves occasionally in the mix and it looks as close to harvesting it myself as I could get. The shipment was on time and when one of the items in my order was backordered the company was very communicative and offered suggestions on what I could use as alternatives. I waited for the backorder and it was received in the timeline I was given.
