United StatesI actually haven’t used it yet, but will this weekend. I did put it together and I really like it.
United Statesterrible. the screw holes were stripped and it did not stand upright at all. also, there was NO WAY it would hold as many cupcakes as said it would. waste of money.
United StatesIts a little wobbly. Have to place cupcakes around it and rearranged them if too many are taken from one side. Additional support would be nice.
Ok so this is what happened....I ordered this cupcake stand, when it got here the bottom tier was chipped and it only had 2 screws. I use the message bar on the website to talk to them explaining what I have. He repeatedly asked me to put this 7 tier stand together using the screws and send him a picture of it. Now I don't know what was going on in his head but I kept explaining to him that there is no way I am going to put all 7 tiers together with 2 screws. After arguing with him for about 30 mins he says ok we will send you the missing screws and since the bottom tier is still useable we will give you 20 % off. Are you serious!!! I didn't buy a damaged but useable stand. I finally told him that I need to talk to a supervisor because that's ridiculous. FINALLY after an hour of back and forth they agreed to send me a new bottom tier, the screws and $13 gift card.
When the item was delivered, the box was destroyed and there was no hardware. However, Tablecloths Factory’s customer service rush shipped the hardware to us so that it got to us by our event date. The cupcake stand looks very nice now that it is all here. They did a great job to make the shipping problem right.
