United StatesOverall great product for the price but be careful when changing batteries!
I was looking for some candles for my windows this holiday season, but with the current economy, did not want to spend a fortune, as some window candles cost these days. I came across these candles direct from the warehouse and decided to give them a try. I received a total of 12 candles for about $23. Shipping was relatively quick. They are plastic and not super heavy so I used double sided tape foam to mount them to my windowsills. At first, I could not figure out how to change the batteries, but realized that the "candle" part is basically 2 halves that pop apart (there is a hole on the bottom of the candle that you can insert a pen into to help pop the halves apart). Be careful, though...changing the batteries is a bit cumbersome, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. They use the LR44 1.5V button batteries, which I just happened to have ordered in bulk off Amazon a few years ago and thankfully have an ample supply. Each candle takes 2 button batteries and they lasted about 2 weeks before having to change them and I have them on for 4-5 hours each night. When you pull apart the halves of the candle to change the batteries, the on/off switch is not attached to anything and sometimes goes flying, so be careful not to lose it. Also, when removing the batteries, there are little metal pieces that conduct the battery power to the lightbulb--these small parts are all loose and will fall out if not handled carefully. CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE CHANGING THESE BATTERIES. But once you get the hang of changing the batteries, you should be good to go. Overall, for the bargain price of just under $2 per candle (after tax and shipping), they are perfect for people who are on a budget but want a nice flickering window candle for the holidays!!! I would recommend trying these!

Candles are exactly as pictured; the battery replacement is a bit confusing & they don't come with instructions. Not sure how to replace the batteries if they die.

If you need lighted candles but can not have open flame, these will work. Just know they will not fit in regular candle stick holders. Also they do not last very long. Couple of hours, maybe. But they did the job for me.

the bases are plastic, which I expected, but the price was great and it creates the look I ended up going for. I am using these in my windows to create a welcoming atmosphere. Originally was going to use them in a candleabra I have for decoration when we celebrate our 50th Wedding anniversary this summer, but the bases are too wide to fit what I have. Have checked other stores/prices and these are a fantastic value
