I had to shoot at another location due to only receiving one steel base. Was unable to shoot at my grand opening studio that weekend. However, after speaking with someone about the issue it was resolved as quickly as possible. Overall it appears I'll be able to set everything up and experience the product.

I have placed numerous orders with Tableclothsfactory but have never left a review before, so I felt that I needed to today! We ordered battery operated candles from Table Cloths Factory and another supplier to compare. The candles from TCF were far superior. The other candles were not as elegant, the bottoms did not stay on, so we returned them and ordered a large order of them for our daughters wedding. ( the venue did not allow real candles). I had to rush the order to get them in time. The candles did arrive in time but were accidentally picked up by a family member during the rush of getting things moved for the wedding. I did not know this and could not see where the candles had arrived. I chatted with customer service and they assured me if the candles did not arrive by the end of that day, they would over night a new order so that I would have them for the wedding. The candles were located! But customer service called, emailed and messaged me to make sure I had my order. The wedding turned out beautifully! ALL of the candles worked and looked lovely, providing us with a romantic, flickering light. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service and going above and beyond for our special day!
