Points are issued by Tableclothsfactory. and are earned by spending qualifying dollars, earning member rewards, or completing certain tasks at Tableclothsfactory. To earn Points, you must be an active member of the Tableclothsfactory Rewards program. ▶︎ sign up now.

*Qualifying Dollars refer to the actual amount spent in USD after discounts, excluding taxes, on any regular order that has not been returned or refunded.

Members may also earn additional Points through designated promotional activities or tasks offered by Tableclothsfactory.

Your Member Tier determines the number of Points you earn at the time of purchase.

• Bronze: Earn 2 Points per $1 spent.

  Example: Spend $50 → 100 Points

• Silver: Earn 4 Points per $1 spent.

  Example: Spend $50 → 200 Points

• Gold: Earn 6 Points per $1 spent.

  Example: Spend $50 → 300 Points

After you place your order, Points are added to your account as Pending for the first fifteen (15) days. Once the 15-day waiting period has passed, your Points will update to Issued and may be redeemed for Event Dollars in increments of 500 Points.

If an order is returned before your Points transition from Pending to Issued, the corresponding Points will be adjusted.

If an order is returned after Points have been Issued, the system will deduct the applicable Points from your current balance on a pro-rata basis.

Points expire one (1) year after they are issued. If no purchases are made within three years, your Points balance will reset to zero.

There are three situations in which your Points may be deducted:

• Automatic Redemption: When you accumulate 500 Points, they will be automatically redeemed for Event Dollars. These Event Dollars will be added to your Wallet, and the corresponding Points will be deducted from your balance.
• Expiration: Points expire one (1) year after they are issued. If no purchases are made within a three-year period, your Points balance will reset to zero.
• Order Returns: If an order is returned after fulfillment, the corresponding Points will be deducted from your balance on a pro-rata basis.

• Bronze: Entry tier for all registered Tableclothsfactory Rewards members.
• Silver: Assigned when your qualifying purchase history meets the requirements for Silver based on the current or previous calendar year.
• Gold: Assigned when your qualifying purchase history meets the requirements for Gold based on the current or previous calendar year.

When your tier changes, the system will notify you by email. Please keep an eye on your inbox to stay informed.

Your membership tier is based on your qualifying purchase history from the preceding calendar year. If your purchase history does not meet the required threshold for your current tier, your membership may return to Bronze. Tableclothsfactory periodically reviews all member tiers and may adjust them in accordance with the program rules.

Points earned on future purchases will reflect the multiplier associated with your current tier at the time an order is placed.

Returned orders reduce your qualifying purchase history. Since membership tiers are determined by your qualifying purchases, a return may affect your eligibility for your current tier.
