- How to use:
- First, Remove the insert from the balloons by pulling it straight out. This will turn on the lights for the LED inside the balloon and it cannot be switched off afterwards.
- Next, after removing the insert, inflate the balloon with air or helium until it is at the optimal size.
- Last, once the balloon is fully inflated, tie the balloon closed and enjoy your party!
