the product was fine. However, the company needs to do a better job of packing breakable items for shipping. 2 shipments with several items each including glass center pieces and glass votives Flimsy boxes and not enough packing protection. The boxes were crushed upon arrival but thank goodness nothing was broken that has been checked thus far.

These candles are great. They work well and came packaged well. One out votive out of the 6 or so 12 packs I ordered was broken, but customer service was quick to help. When the candles burn for a while it burns down and settles into the votive so it looks like a candle that you’d buy at a store rather than a candle that was placed in the votive.

Perfect for on the guest tables. fit the clear plastic tea lights perfectly. Tied a little jute around them, elegant and small. Love them! Will be able to re-use them for other occassions.
