From 1-Star to 5-Star
Hello, I had to use this format brcause the email version, based on a scale of 1-10, would not submit. I am guessing due to me going over my limit of words. Here is what I wrote: I was an unsatisfied customer. I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, they could not remedy the issue. You then promptly refunded my money because the product could not meet my needs and you said you would forward my problem to the manufacturer. You received a 10 because I, as the customer, do not expect you to be perfect. Issues will come up. It's life. When they do, how are they handled. You handle my problem with a 10. You earned it, you deserve to be considered a customer oriented company.
