I used the motor for a 16" disco ball and it worked great! The motor seemed slow at first but once I attached it to the disco ball it was the perfect speed.

Delivery was so so, not too quick for the amount I had to pay. Motor rotation is too fast for mirror ball for a smaller room/venue.
This is a great battery operated disco ball motor and works as advertised. However, if you’re really planning to use this for a disco ball be aware 12RPM is extremely fast. My kids love it because they are crazy. No slow dancing with this bad boy. Think ludicrous speed in Space Balls. It’s almost like a strobe light. You get the point. I ended up buying a popular 1RPM motor (requires plug) which is a much more tolerable speed. Disco!
Overall I am pleased, though I have had numerous mirror tiles fall off. I just super glued them back
