Yes, these can be used as a vase filler but I’m using them as table scattered table confetti, using them on the round mirrors that TCF sells as centerpieces and then flowers in the center with the table, scatter on the mirror around the outside of the vases I purchased them in two colors the clear And the lilac ! I would definitely recommend the wind won’t blow these away and yet they embellish the party!
