Beautiful fabric skirt
I ordered this skirt, but worried that it wouldn't be received in time for my event, so also ordered one from Amazon. Amazon's version was received first. Bad change of design with Velcro
Since you have changed the side upon which you fasten the Velcro the entire 21ft of Velcro must be taken apart and reattached to the unfinished side where it has always been attached before. Why the tacky change?
