TABLECLOTHSFACTORY REWARDS: GENERAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please review these Terms of Use carefully. By engaging with or participating in the Tableclothsfactory Rewards Program, you consent to be governed by these terms, including any terms referenced herein. If you disagree with any of these terms, refrain from accessing or participating in the Tableclothsfactory Rewards Program.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Tableclothsfactory Rewards Program enables participating members to accumulate Rewards Points and exchange them for store credit. The Tableclothsfactory Rewards program offers a three-tiered system that is free to join. These Terms and Conditions outline the regulations of the Tableclothsfactory Rewards program. By participating in or utilizing any membership or associated benefits of the program, users agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
ENROLLMENT
New Users - To join the Tableclothsfactory Rewards program, enroll on www.tableclothsfactory.com. Provide your first and last name, email address, and create a password. You are automatically enrolled once your account is created. By participating in the Program, members agree to Tableclothsfactory Terms of Use, which are referenced here and must be accepted upon enrollment.
Existing Users - Existing user accounts will be enrolled in the Tableclothsfactory Rewards program once you have placed a new order with us. Point accumulation is not retroactive and can only be collected on new orders after the Tableclothsfactory Rewards program was launched. Every existing user joining the program begins in the Party People tier upon their first order placed, regardless of order history.
Tableclothsfactory reserves the right to restrict program participation and enrollment. Members are encouraged to provide accurate information and update their account profiles. Communications from the program may use the details in your profile. Tableclothsfactory is not liable for any losses resulting from members' failure to maintain up-to-date contact information, including the inability to earn or redeem points and other member benefits.
MEMBER ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Members can access their accounts on the www.tableclothsfactory.com website using their email address and password. This allows them to view their profile, point balance, and earned rewards. Points are credited to a member's account after a qualifying purchase. However, in some instances, it might take up to 48 hours or longer for points to reflect in the account. Tableclothsfactory is not responsible or liable for any delays or errors in the point crediting process, nor for any related losses, costs, or expenses.
Each user is permitted only one Tableclothsfactory Rewards account. Should an individual attempt to create multiple accounts, Tableclothsfactory reserves the right to terminate any duplicates without prior notice, with possible loss of points.
PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP TIERS AND BENEFITS
Members can enjoy varying benefits based on their membership tier in the Tableclothsfactory Rewards Program. Your journey to our highest tier begins after you place your first order, progress is determined by your spending within the past 365-day period.
- Bronze Tier:
- Sign up for an account..
- Benefit: Earn 2% Reward Point for every $1 spent.
- Silver Tier:
- Qualification: Spend $2,000 or more within the last rolling 365 days.
- Benefit: Earn 4% Reward Points for every $1 spent.
- Gold Tier:
- Qualification: Spend $5,000 or more within the last rolling 365 days.
- Benefits:
- Earn 6% Reward Points for every $1 spent.
- Enjoy free express shipping across 48 states for 365 days, starting from the day the tier is achieved. Dropshipper accounts not eligible.
To retain your membership tier, ensure you achieve the spending requirements within the last rolling 365 days.
EARN EXTRA POINTS
In addition to earning Reward Points by placing orders, the Tableclothsfactory Rewards program is structured to allow members to earn additional points by engaging in but not limited to the following activities:
- -Subscribing to our newsletter
- -Submit a review with video(s)
- -Submit a review with photo(s)
- -Sharing on Facebook
- -Liking our Facebook page
- -Following us on Instagram
- -Providing your birthday details
- -Creating an account
You will only be allowed to leave a review once for each unique product in your order, even if there’s multiple quantities of the same product.
Please note: If we find any misuse of the Tableclothsfactory Rewards Program, we reserve the right to void your points or close your account at our discretion.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
Participation in the Tableclothsfactory Rewards program is free of charge.
POINTS EXPIRATION
Rewards Points are typically credited to your account within 48 hours of an eligible purchase or action, unless stated otherwise. These points remain valid for 12 months from the end of the month in which they were earned. For instance, if you accumulate points on December 30, 2023, they will expire on December 31, 2024. When redeeming, the oldest points will be utilized first. To monitor your Reward Points balance and view available Tableclothsfactory Rewards, please visit www.Tableclothsfactory.com/account.
Tableclothsfactory will deem a Member account inactive if there is no activity for 365 days. Any Reward Points accumulated in an Inactive Account will expire and be removed from the program.
REDEEMING POINTS FOR STORE CREDIT
Each Reward Point is equivalent to $0.01 in store credit. Points can only be redeemed for store credit to be used towards purchases on www.Tableclothsfactory.com. A minimum of 1000 points is required for redemption. These accumulated points are promotional and hold no cash value. Orders paid with store credit will not earn additional Reward Points.
PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS
By participating in the Program, members agree to receive transactional communications related to the Program. These communications may include marketing messages, promotional offers, event notifications, and other related materials via email regarding their Reward Points and the Program. Members can update their email addresses through the "Update Account" section on Tableclothsfactory website. It is the sole responsibility of the member to maintain an updated and accurate email address. Consent to receive electronic Program communications remains valid until a member chooses to end their Program membership. At any point, members can opt out of receiving marketing-related transactional communications by unsubscribing or adjusting their email preferences in their online account.
CHANGES TO PROGRAM AND TERMINATION
Tableclothsfactory reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make the following changes at any time without prior notice to Members:
- -Modify Program benefits, adjust the way Reward Points are earned, calculated, or redeemed—including changes to point values or expiration dates.
- -Alter, terminate, or discontinue the Program, or merge it with another loyalty program.
All changes become effective immediately upon updating these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to participate in the Program, you accept these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent modifications. If you disagree with any changes, your only recourse is to cease participation in the Program.
Tableclothsfactory may suspend, cancel, or merge Member accounts that seem duplicative. Furthermore, Tableclothsfactory has the right to terminate, suspend, or deactivate a Member's Membership if it believes the Member has breached the Program's Terms and Conditions, misused the Program, acted fraudulently, violated any laws, or acted against Tableclothsfactory's interests. Upon termination of a Member's account for any reason, all accumulated Reward Points and Rewards will be forfeited. If Tableclothsfactory decides to end the Program, it may allow Members to redeem any valid and unexpired points and/or Rewards. Any unredeemed points and Rewards will be canceled either upon their expiration or within sixty (60) days of the Program's termination, whichever comes first.
Tableclothsfactory reserves the right to suspend any points linked to your account or terminate your account and participation in the Tableclothsfactory Rewards Program if it determines that you have violated these Terms of Use or if your account activities are unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful. Duplicate Tableclothsfactory Rewards accounts may be suspended, canceled, or merged at Tableclothsfactory's discretion.
Tableclothsfactory has the final say in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breaches of its Terms and Conditions. All decisions related to account suspension, deactivation, or termination, as well as the Program's overall status, are final. If you disagree with any Terms and Conditions, subsequent modifications, or Tableclothsfactory's decisions regarding the Program, your only option is to stop participating by terminating your Member account.
