Event Dollars is Tableclothsfactory’s store credit. Each $1 of Event Dollars is equivalent to $1 USD and can be applied to your order total at checkout.

Event Dollars are earned through the automatic redemption of Points. Once you accumulate 500 Points, those Points will be automatically converted into Event Dollars and credited to your account. Points must be accumulated before they can be redeemed.

All Event Dollars issued to you are stored in your Wallet, which serves as your digital balance for Event Dollars. You can view your Event Dollars activity and history on the Wallet page.

If you don't see your Event Dollars at checkout, there may be two reasons:

1. You have no Event Dollars available, and your Wallet balance is zero.
2. You're using PayPal or Google Pay for payment, which do not support Event Dollars.

Event Dollars: expire one (1) year from the date of issuance.

When Event Dollars are applied at checkout, the discount is reflected immediately. After the order is placed, your Event Dollars balance will be reduced accordingly.

Expiration:

• Event Dollars: expire one (1) year from the date of issuance.

• Bronze: Entry tier for all registered Tableclothsfactory Rewards members.
• Silver: Assigned when your qualifying purchase history meets the requirements for Silver based on the current or previous calendar year.
• Gold: Assigned when your qualifying purchase history meets the requirements for Gold based on the current or previous calendar year.

When your tier changes, the system will notify you by email. Please keep an eye on your inbox to stay informed.

Your membership tier is based on your qualifying purchase history from the preceding calendar year. If your purchase history does not meet the required threshold for your current tier, your membership may return to Bronze. Tableclothsfactory periodically reviews all member tiers and may adjust them in accordance with the program rules.

Membership tiers are assigned based on your qualifying purchase history from the preceding calendar year. When your tier changes, your new benefits apply immediately according to the program rules.

Points earned on future purchases will reflect the multiplier associated with your current tier at the time an order is placed.

Returned orders reduce your qualifying purchase history. Since membership tiers are determined by your qualifying purchases, a return may affect your eligibility for your current tier.
