I ordered 11 tablecloths, 8 of them were white 60"x102". One was the wrong size, smaller than the rest. When I emailed to let them know, instead of just replacing it, I got a bunch of hassle about what the SKU# was on the package. I had already thrown that away and I told them that. Didn't matter, I never received a replacement. I placed this order the begging of April for my supervisor's retirement party. I never received the purple round one in time that I ordered and the party was on April 30th. When I placed the order, I never received an email that it was backordered, being delayed, etc. I am very disappointed with the customer service and will never order from this company again!
Very sad you felt that way, none of our agents would make you feel or try to talk his way. what you call you have been given many questions, etc, please understand it is procedure, it is not that we do not trust you , but please note we need to pass feedback to warehouse as well, to packer as well to determine what items shipped and find solution. The color is vibrant purple, just as it appears on line. I'۪ve order many time from Tablecloth Factory and I never been disappointed!! Wedding season is around the corner!!!!
