I ordered napkins for my nieces wedding. It said a UPS label was made but UPS did not deliver them by the anticipated date. I emailed Tablecloths Factory and they quickly responded and let me know they somehow got lost with UPS and that they would send out a new shipment. I received the napkins in plenty of time and was very pleased with the product. Great costumer service!
