Tablecloths came dirty

I was very disappointed with the tablecloths I purchased. I ordered 20 (120-inch round) tablecloths and about half of them appeared to be used. Many had stains, and when unfolding them, several red sequins even fell out as if they had been previously used for an event. Since I paid full price, I expected new, clean tablecloths. When I called to address the issue, I was told their products are “always new.” I had to send photos to prove otherwise, which was frustrating in itself. What made the experience worse was that they only offered me a $20 refund, which is unacceptable considering I spent over $300 on tablecloths that arrived dirty and unusable.
