I ordered them for Christmas, I received them, there was several that were broken, contacted customer service, who offered me a minuscule discount. I insisted on a replacement,which I received some time in January! So they are unused until next year! You ask me “how I enjoyed my candles “? I didn’t and I haven’t! Very poor customer service, and very disappointed with the service I got!
The candles were nicely packaged. Most candles lasted over 6.5 hours. Our event was over before the candles reached less than one inch in length. The candles are dripless IF they are upright, otherwise they Definitely drip. For the price, they are exactly what I expected: good.
