United StatesThankfully after days of soaking them in fragrant oil the smell comes out but it’s wayyyyy too much work separating EACH rose petal AND THEN soaking them in large pans for days on end. They need to figure out how to treat the petals with something other than this fish odor concoction. Other than that the petals are decent, not bad but not great
