Disco ball
I received this item the first time and it was damaged to the point that I could never hang it up as intended. I notified customer service and sent pictures and although initially I was not going to be refunded the full amount - they did finally agree to send me a replacement which I thought was the right thing to do in this situation. I understand that it is difficult to know when and how the damage occurred - but I was glad that it was resolved. When I received the second one it was perfect - not a tile was missing and I am excited to use it at my upcoming event.

I ordered 224 inch disco balls with the swivel motor. I first I was concerned that the swivel motor would not be strong enough to hold and spend the disco ball. But the ball was perfect and the spinning was gorgeous and the lights were fabulous! It was exactly what I needed and it was beautiful!
