Great product, not so good shipping experience
Purchased the plates for the Christmas party at our workplace with a shipping date that fit our planning. Received an email that the shipment was in transit but delivery will be delayed, which forced me to purchase a whole other set of plates (not to my liking) through Amazon for a rapid delivery. I did receive the plates eventually, and I kept them because they are of very nice quality and elegant looking. I wish we could have used them .
