These are cute but one of mine came with a giant chip showing the black underneath and 3 others had noticeable scratches. I reached out to customer service and they would only offer me 50% refund on 4. I rather have been sent a new pack because this is for my wedding head table. Unfortunate.

I was sent one box out of six with the wrong style. I was o the phone with customer service for 47 minutes. I had to send numerous pictures of the right box, the wrong box, the right skew, the wrong skew, the right charger, the wrong charger, on and on before they would agree it was the wrong one. They refused to quickly send me the right box I needed for my event that week and said I had to send the wrong ones back and they would not send the right ones out until they received it. I will never buy from them again

I bought 6 boxes of these chargers. One box was a different item that I needed for a big party. Customer service took over 45 minutes and had me send numerous pictures, first of all the boxes, then all the sku's then all the good chargers next to the bad ones. It was exhausting and unnecessary amount of energy on their mistake which they did NOT correct in time
