I was a little surprised as I have ordered from this company before with no issues. But this time, the package came in disarray. It looked like it had been opened, the tissue was old and shredded and just shoved in the top and 3 of the 6 chargers were scratched because they didn’t have a piece of foam paper separating them. As far as the color and size however, they are pretty and what I had expected.

The box was delivered all beat up. When I opened it, I immediately saw that it was the wrong item. The one I wanted was the Blush RoseGold w/beaded rim. I ordered a box of them several months ago. I like them... I immediately followed the Return instructions but got no response. I am Very disappointed....

My experience was amazing. I made an issue and ordered 4 sets instead of 2. I reached out to customer service and they immediately corrected it and refunded me the extra money. The order arrived very quickly. And my rose gold charger plates are gorgeous. I will definitely be doing business with them again :)
