This definitely was not the highest quality item, but it was solid for the price. The garland itself was pretty full, the only down side was the flowers. Due to the packaging, they werent in the best shape. We actually cut off the flowers and attached white and blue foam roses instead, and it looks REALLY good now. This product will need to be doctored some before use, but if youre on a budget money wise and can put in a little effort, its solid.
